Regalia and send payment to Kay "Mohmers" at 112 Dale Ave Collinsville,
IL 62234. If you send two checks, make one out to me and one to Town Hall
Embroidery ... If you send one, make it out to me.

The decals and patches come from two different distributors and will be
received at two different times so please send separate SASEs.
